Josh Kuklak
owned and operated Fitwize for the past 3 years. He uses his expertise during class to motivate, to correct form, and push clients to their next level. He keeps pushing to make each client realize their full potential. In that time Josh has focused on development of exercise programs to target both strength and fat loss with his unique bootcamp-like style and muscle confusion training methods. These have proven extremely effective with adults, teenagers, and sports teams for their conditioning. Josh, the head trainer, developed an intense bootcamp class for adults with an average success rate of 6 to 8 percent fat loss for women, and 8 to 10 percent fat loss in men within 8 weeks. Our participants only trained 3 hours per week for this study. Josh takes the guess work out of training by structuring all workouts for maximum fat reduction, muscular gain, and encompasses full body training.
Josh, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, strength coach, and powerlifting coach with students reaching national level. He also offers private/co-private training sessions for clients and specialized group training for sports teams, bridal bootcamps, etc. His clientele ranges from elite youth athletes to the older adult population and everyone in between. If you have a goal he will get you there!
Josh has participated and excelled in ice hockey, tennis, karate, weight training, powerlifting at the world level (holding state records in bench press and dead lift), and other sports on a very competitive level and understands the training disciplines and intricacies of athletic training.
Diana Fisbeck… is the trainer in charge of Survival Kids. She has over three years experience in training and development of childhood fitness regiments. Diana works extremely well with the kids. Her motivation and high energy are very inspiring to our young clients and she demonstrates herself as a positive role model.
Strength, endurance, and self-esteem are all increased with the kids as Diana finds new and exciting ways to keep the children motivated and working hard at the same time.
Diana sees the positive in all situations helping our kids to attain their goals and making her an invaluable asset to the team!
